Impactive was founded in 2006 by three colleagues and friends who had worked together on delivering business led technology change at some of the world’s leading organisations.

We shared the belief that whilst rapid developments in technology had created more opportunities for businesses, the approach to project delivery needed to become even more robust to ensure that the benefits could be realised.

So, we set about building a company that could

• help customers achieve excellence in project delivery through a focus on the fundamental questions “why?”, “what?” and “how?”;
• become a great place to work through offering our team the opportunity shape the direction of the company as well as work on exciting projects for great customers.

We’ve concentrated on building a strong, well balanced team and on supporting them with robust processes. In doing so we have helped our clients deliver a number of very successful projects.

Drawn from both Industry and Consulting backgrounds, Impactive consultants bring together a depth of skill in their chosen discipline (be it business analysis, solution architecture or project management) with breadth of project experience. They are dynamic, driven and delivery-focused but are also personable team players, adept at integrating into our customers’ teams.
