Impactive History

Impactive was founded with the aim of helping customers achieve excellence during the early stages of IT and business change projects.

In our experience, many projects suffer major setbacks due to problems that can be traced to the project definition phases. Loosely defined requirements, incomplete analysis and incoherent designs lead to downstream issues (no matter how advanced or flexible the chosen technology solution is) and this is exacerbated when project teams are spread across multiple locations and time zones.

Our vision was to set up an independent consultancy that could help clients during the early stages of the delivery lifecycle, engaging in requirements gathering, detailed analysis & design, rigorous estimating & planning and providing strong project management & control.

We place great importance on producing clear and coherent deliverables that enable stakeholders to make correctly and completely informed decisions at the earliest opportunity. Impactive's approach (which is based on industry standard methodologies) provides the blueprint for achieving this goal and ensuring the appropriate coverage, level of detail and quality for deliverables produced at all stages.
