Integration programme at a UK Retail Bank: (Answering the ‘What’ through Business Analysis) Responsible for managing the requirements for the core rebranding changes to the Personal Banking System and Counter applications and for then providing continuity of support throughout the implementation phases, managing a diverse set of stakeholders across the combined businesses.

Platform upgrade at UK Retail Bank: (Addressing the ‘How’ with Project Delivery Service) Management of a complex 18 month, multi-vendor programme to upgrade the bank’s entire sales platform, including the rationalisation of the software assets and migration to single version of the underlying products; upgrade of all system software and required third party systems (e.g. IBM Websphere, Oracle, AIX); procurement and implementation of entire new hardware platform across all environments and including significant improvements in resilience and scalability.
